民国2年（1913年）6月，设柳江道。道隶于广西壮族自治区，辖马平、柳城县等14个县、1个土州、1个土县、3个长官司。后增置3个县。治所马平县。15年，废道制，裁撤柳江道。各县直隶广西省。
